Food Review

Gertie's is an old-fashioned dinner, great for family birthday parties or get-together's. Gertie's offers a variety of dessert and dinner pizzas. Waiters come around with pizzas and there is a section where pizzas sit to pick from. For those who want something besides pizza, there's a salad bar and other foods like spaghetti. If you have any children there is an arcade for them to play in.

Gertie's had a plane hung on the ceiling for decoration. Older pictures about a variety of things giving off an old-fashioned look. There were lights hung around the green air conditioning pipes. Overall the place had a unique decoration to it. Although if you go later in the day before they close there isn't much service.

While there I interviewed Ellie Whitmarsh. I asked her “What do you recommend for food and would you recommend going here?” Ellie replied with “ My personal favorite was the Idaho pizza, however, their mint chocolate dessert pizza was also very good and I would recommend going there.” When I asked Ellie, “What do you think about the food?” Ellie answered with “it was good and I would go back. “

Don't Deal with the Devil

Now for today's article for entertainment, I am going to be sharing a game with you called “Cuphead”. Now this game does look all childish and old-timey, but don’t let those graphics fool you. This game is hard, with every hand-drawn boss and run-n-guns this game offers a controlling breaking experience. I love this game; it needs a correct amount of skill to play. By skill, I mean how well are you at watching the boss throwing attacks at you and your character.

This game is owned by studio MDHR, the founders of studio MDHR are Chad and Jared Moldenhauer. These two brothers took massive amounts of time to develop the game. Chad and Jared were obsessed with classical animations from the 1930s, therefore this inspired Cuphead. Every frame from the game is hand-drawn and it led artists to go to bed with a hand brace. The game took 5 years to develop and this includes the hand-drawn frames.

Cuphead is playable on the Xbox, ps4, Nintendo switch, Microsoft windows, and mac os. The game usually costs $20, however, there are no in-game purchases. The only thing you can buy in the game is charms and weapons, to be able to purchase these you must earn coins from run-n-guns. Tubbs Berry Farm

For a friend's birthday, we went to a pumpkin patch. The name of the pumpkin patch was “Tubbs Berry Farm." I had a blast, they had straw bales stacked on top of each other for a maze. They had this really tall slide that you can slide down. They had a train that little kids could ride on, a blow-up trampoline that you can bounce on, big round tubes that were on two 2x4s and you could roll around in, and a bunch more. When you first walk in, you pay and they give you tickets; on the top of the ticket, there are shapes and when you go into the maze, you look for hole punches that match your shapes. When you find the right hole punch, you punch a hole where the shape is. Most of the tickets each have different shapes on them. When you find all of the hole punches on your ticket, you can get a free kids popcorn or one dollar off of any purchase in the concession stand. It was amazing and I definitely recommend you go there. I rate this pumpkin patch 10/10.
