Bullz-Eye BBQ is yet another place to eat in the small town of Hagerman. This BBQ place is locally owned by Ben Cenarrusa. Bullzz-Eye used to be located in what is now the automotive story, or the old Papa Kelsey’s. Now, however, it is located next to another fairly new restaurant, Fire Pie. Bullzz-Eye may be newer and not the biggest, but there are still many people who go there to eat. One of these people would include Daniel Knapp, Hagerman High School’s AG/ welding teacher.
Mr. Knapp was interviewed about this local BBQ restaurant and what you may expect when eating here. Mr. Knapp thought the new location for Bullzz-Eye “was an upgrade from the original place.” When Bullzz-Eye moved places, they gained a bigger, nicer space than what they had from before.
When Mr. Knapp was asked if he thought the service was fast, he responded with, “For the quality of food, absolutely. Is it McDonald's fast? Eh, maybe not, but it’s pretty close.” Bullzz-Eye has high-quality food and being able to get food like that quickly can be a struggle. This particular restaurant, however, gets food out to you quickly.
Yes, Hagerman is a small town, but there are many options for restaurants. Mr. Knapp personally thinks that if he wasn’t being “influenced” by anyone or thing, that he would pick Bullzz-Eye to go eat at. This is, however, only one person’s opinion, so go check Bullzz-Eye BBQ out for yourself.
