1. In Germany, a Pickle in the Tree. An ornamental pickle placed on a Christmas tree. On Christmas morning, the first person to find the pickle on the tree would receive an extra present from Santa Claus or would be said to have a year of good fortune.


2. Roller Skate Mass, In the capital of Caracas, it is customary to strap on your roller skates and glide to Christmas mass. As the legend claims, children go to bed with a string tied around their toe and the other end dangling out of the window.


3. Families in Iceland work together to make sure nobody will go to the Christmas Cat, also known as the yule cat. The Yule Cat is a vicious cat that lurks during Christmas. The cat will attack people who have not received new cloth before Christmas Eve.


4.bad Santa, Bad Santa is a tradition in Australia. Bad Santa is a tradition where a Krampus (half goat, half man)chases mean kids. The Alpine legend is the original bad Santa.


5.In Ukraine, a Cobweb Christmas is a charming story that asserts that curious spiders paying a visit to Grandma's tree are responsible for the tinsel tradition.
